DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:All descriptions of hotels, accommodations, activities, and advantages were accurate at the time of printing, but changes may occur. Quality standards of hotels presented in this brochure are established according to the criteria and quality standards of the country where the hotel is located, which may vary from North American quality standards. Travelers should also expect that norms, practices, and conditions related to the supply of services and facilities, accommodations, and food may differ from those generally established in North America. Additionally, bank holidays and local or religious events are celebrated according to the customs of the visited countries.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES :
If, for extraordinary reasons beyond our control, the establishments described in this brochure refuse to honor the client’s reservation due to overbooking or other reasons, Preference Vacations and its representatives reserve the right to accommodate clients in other hotels and rooms of similar or higher category. If a lower category is provided in this situation only, Preference Vacations will reimburse the difference between the prices of the two hotels or room categories without any further compensation. Unless there is an error, negligence, or specific omission by Preference Vacations, we are not responsible for any problems or inconveniences arising from such situations.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payments, deposits, modifications and cancellation fees related to air
transportation are considered and calculated separately from services.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Your subscription to one of our packages means you fully agree with and accept the conditions outlined in our brochure. The contract binding us includes the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Your travel agent is responsible for providing you with all the necessary information to ensure you fully understand all the conditions of this contract.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit for the amounts mentioned below, which should be sent to Preference Vacations at the time of booking. The final payment must be received in Preference Vacations’ offices by the due dates specified below. The deposit per person (D) and the final payment (FP), expressed in days prior to departure, for the services offered in our brochure are:
Preference Vacations reserves the right to cancel a booking without prior notice and without recourse if the final payment is not received within the permitted time period. The applicable cancellation charges will be applied.
INSURANCE:
PREFERENCE VACATIONS highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance
such as cancellation, medical fees and hospitalization, luggage, etc. We advise you to check with your
travel agent for more information.

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION FEES: Any changes or modifications are subject to availability. A modification request is treated as a cancellation, which incurs cancellation fees as mentioned above. However, Preference Vacations guarantees that they will do everything possible to minimize these fees. This rule applies before, during, and after the scheduled service date.
DESCRIPTION OF PRICES AND SERVICES: All prices quoted in this brochure are valid from January 1, 2020, to March 1, 2020. Availability of these prices is limited, and when you purchase your tour, prices may be higher. Your travel agent can assist you with current prices. All prices are subject to change without notice due to factors such as fuel prices, governmental taxes, major currency fluctuations, and unforeseen economic circumstances. Preference Vacations reserves the right to implement any justified price increases. Please note that the services described in this brochure were accurate at the time of printing on January 1, 2020. As certain services may change, we recommend contacting your travel agent for updates.
AVAILABILITY: Reservations are subject to availability with all suppliers involved during your travel dates.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE: Services included in your package are those described specifically in your package description, everything else being excluded.
FEES NOT INCLUDED: All personal expenses are not included, along with optional insurance and insurance related to a car rental. For some destinations, return taxes are payable locally.
HOTEL CITY TAX: Several European cities have introduced a new City Tax, which is paid directly to the hotel at checkout. The amount and application of this tax vary from city to city and are subject to change without prior notice. While Preference Vacations may provide the amount due at the time of booking, we cannot be held responsible for any changes or increases to the City Tax, as it is beyond our control.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: You are responsible for obtaining all the necessary documentation required by the government authorities of the country you are visiting. A valid passport must be presented at all times, so make sure to check with your travel agent at the time of booking. Travelers who do not present the appropriate documentation may be denied boarding by the carrier and/or the local authorities of the visited country, with no possibility of claiming a refund. Preference Vacations is not responsible for this. Special conditions may apply for children traveling alone or with only one parent, so please consult your travel agent for details
CAR RENTALS: It is mandatory when renting a vehicle to obtain an international driving license before departure.
BAGGAGE: Baggage allowance varies by airline, so we recommend checking with your travel agent for specific details. If you have excess luggage (if permitted), you will need to pay the airline directly, and it's the passenger's responsibility to cover these costs.
AIRPLANE TICKETS AND EXCHANGE COUPONS VALIDITY: Airplane tickets and exchange coupons are non-transferable and only valid for the specified dates, flights, hotels, and services mentioned. Unused tickets and exchange coupons for the indicated dates are non-refundable and cannot be reused for other flights, hotels, or services
AIRLINES AND FLIGHT SCHEDULES: Air transportation is provided in economy class by the airline whose name or abbreviation appears on your ticket. We do not operate as an airline; our responsibility is solely to provide you with the airline ticket for your chosen destination or package. We are not liable for the actual execution of air transportation, which is the airline's responsibility. Please note that airline tickets come with restrictions and liability limitations. Flight schedules are provided for informational purposes only and may change without notice. Preference Vacations is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by schedule changes or delays. Additionally, within 24 hours before departure and return, please verify any modifications to your flight schedule with the airline or your travel agent.
AIRPORT CHECK-IN: You must arrive at the check-in counter at least 3 hours before your departure time. If you don't, you risk losing your reservation, and your seat may be reassigned to other travelers without any recourse. Some airlines allow you to select your seat when booking; otherwise, seat assignments are on a "first come, first served" basis with the airline crew at the airport. Travelers must have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after your return date) or other required documents, which will be verified by the passenger.
CHILDREN’S RATES: Children aged 2 to 11 traveling and sharing a room with two adults can benefit from significant discounts on the package. Children under 2 years old at the time of departure, who do not occupy a seat, typically pay only 10% of the regular fare on flights. Please notify us of any children when making your reservation. Unaccompanied children aged 5 to 15 must carry all required documents when being taken into the care of airport staff.
GUESTROOMS ALLOCATION AND CHECK-OUTS: Only hotels have the authority to assign rooms to travelers based on availability on the arrival date. Preference Vacations cannot guarantee specific features such as sea views, floor numbers, or locations. Generally, you must check out of your room by noon on the day of departure, the night before for overnight flights, or as specified by the hotel.
ROLE AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY OF PREFERENCE VACATIONS: Holder of a travel agency permit, Preference Vacations is not an “airline” or a “hotel.” All services are the responsibility of independent enterprises (referred to as “service providers”), which Preference Vacations does not control. We only create travel packages as described in this brochure, incorporating services from various providers whose names may appear in the brochure or on transportation tickets and coupons issued to you. Our main obligation is to manage your reservations with these providers and ensure timely payment on your behalf. Since we do not have direct control over these service providers or their employees, we are not responsible for any loss, accident, or injury resulting from their actions or negligence, or from any other person not under our direct and immediate control. Any incidents due to the failure of our service providers are the sole responsibility of that provider.
